Back in time for Spring Training!

Our 2022 Vintage Sauvignon Blanc has classic aromas of white peach, gooseberry and grilled lemon. The palate is both rich and tart, like a lemon meringue pie.  A great example of California Sauvignon Blanc which is rounder with riper fruit that it’s NZ or French counterparts.  Amazing with light fish dishes, roast chicken or a spring salad.

The name pays homage to the Sacramento Solons baseball team who played in the Pacific Coast League in the 1950’s.  You can see a photo of Edmunds Field which used to occupy the corner of Broadway and Riverside Blvd in the tasting room.
