The white mutation of Grenache that originated in Northern Spain.  Wines tend to be on the fuller side, but with a “green richness” meaning that it carries higher acid to balance out the aromatic qualities.  Ours is light in the mouth but dense in flavor.

Golden Delicious Apple, Yellow Pear, Almond Nougat, Green Herbs and notes of Apricot tart mark the beginning of Fall.  The finish is incredibly long and lush. The perfect winter white white wine that is bright enough to stand up to roast chicken with lemon or non-spicy Indian dishes.
