The wine we started the company with back in 2015 and used to sell through distributor networks.  Acheson Cabernet Sauvignon has been on some of the finest wine lists in Sacramento, New York, Pennsylvania, London and even Singapore!

We stopped making it in 2016 to change the concept of our company completely.  But there are a few cases left and the wine is tasting great! 

95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah

Tasting note: Blue flowers and red fruit on the nose with hints of green and white pepper. Medium tannin with an ample mid palate of plum, boysenberry and black cherry. The finish is a continuation of the mid palate with acidity high enough to support food but soft enough to enjoy by itself.

Pair with roasted meats, charcouterie and BBQ.
